At Elisa Johnson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if you are not, we offer returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your desired outcome.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser or email.

  Package Securely

  Place the eyewear in its original case and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original accessories are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange is processed.
